Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most states within the contiguous United States. Please note that due to state regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain areas. If you’re unsure about your state, contact us to confirm availability.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day excluding Mondays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Local NYC Courrier: End of day for orders placed before 4:30 pm. Orders placed after 4:30 pm will be dispatched the next day (excluding Mondays).
Local DUMBO Delivery: Orders placed Tues - Sun before 6 pm can be delivered the same day. All other orders placed outside this time will be delivered next day (excluding Mondays).
FedEx Ground Shipping: 2–7 business days. Orders placed after 5 pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Tuesday.
FedEx 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days. Orders placed after 5 pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, shipping method, and shipping destination.

Can I schedule a specific delivery window?

Yes. Simply email us at [email protected] with your order confirmation and desired delivery window and our team will be glad to assist.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes, someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the delivery.

What happens if my shipment is delayed or damaged?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 718-701-4156 as soon as possible to make changes.

Do you ship internationally?
