Who We Are
Our team members' backgrounds include hospitality titans like Dinex and USHG, professional wine organizations like WSET and CMS, and education institutions like CIA and Cornell. We have had roles across the food and beverage industry, like line cook, floor sommelier, wine broker, and beverage director. Our interests range from photography to cycling to SCUBA diving. We have favorite restaurants and cocktails, books and movies, local neighborhoods and vacation destinations.
