We currently ship via UPS to the following states:

If you do not see your state listed above, it may be because retailers are prohibited from shipping into your state. However, shipping regulations are constantly changing, so we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to receive notifications when states open up for shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary based on destination and quantity of items purchased. Your shipping rate will be updated in your shopping cart upon check out.
Shipping for Accessories & Books
Unlike wine, accessories and books may be shipped to all states. We offer free shipping on accessory and/or book purchases $75 and greater in value. All other accessory or book orders will incur a $15 flat rate for delivery.
Manhattan
FREE Same Day Delivery
West Village, Chelsea, Soho & Gramercy:
Free same day delivery for orders $150 and over. All other same day delivery orders will be subject to a courier fee. Courier fee varies based on destination.
All other locations in Manhattan:
Free same day delivery for orders $250 and over. All other same day delivery orders will be subject to a courier fee. Courier fee varies based on destination.
Same day delivery orders must be placed by 8pm Monday - Saturday and 7pm on Sunday.
FREE Ground Shipping
Free Ground Shipping throughout Manhattan for orders $150 and over.
All other orders or orders with a faster shipping speed will incur a shipping and handling charge. Orders are shipped via UPS Monday through Friday. To prevent your wine from sitting in a non-temperature controlled environment for extended periods of time, we do not ship wines over the weekend.
Outer Boroughs
Free Ground Shipping for Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island for orders $200 and over. For orders beneath the minimum order value, your order will be subject to shipping costs. Orders are shipped via UPS.
You may collect your purchase from our store located in the West Village of New York City. We make every effort to have your order ready as soon as possible. Please allow one hour for your order to be prepared for pick up.
Store pick ups must be collected by the purchaser or by someone the purchaser designates. We may request ID upon pick up. We hold your store pick ups for up to 7 days, after which time they will be cancelled.
Returns
We will accept returns for sealed goods within 30 days of purchase. Customers can return items online, in-store or by calling us.
Corked/Damaged Items
If a product is corked or damaged, we will accept it from a client and exchange it for the same item if available. If not available, we can exchange it for an item of equal value.
Weather Hold
We want to ensure that you receive your wine in optimal condition. That’s why we do not ship wine during extreme temperatures (hot and cold!). If weather conditions prohibit us from shipping wine to you, we will hold your purchase, at no additional cost to you, until the weather improves for shipment.
If you do not want to wait to receive your wines, we can ship to you, but you will be required to waive any liability for wine negatively impacted by temperature. Additionally, if you do not accept your wine within 3 months of weather improvement, you will be charged storage fees. If we cannot arrange shipment or delivery of your wine, your order will be cancelled.
Minimum Age Requirement
We only sell to adults 21 years or older. We may ask to verify your age upon delivery or pick up in our store.
