Domaine Denizot

Sancerre

Nestled in the heart of Sancerre, Domaine Denizot is a family-owned estate with a rich history spanning six generations, currently under the stewardship of Thibauld and Jennifer Denizot. The estate encompasses approximately 19 hectares, predominantly planted with Sauvignon Blanc (75%) and Pinot Noir (25%).

The vineyards are situated on the renowned caillottes soils—gravel-rich limestone-clay terraces that impart a distinct minerality to the wines. Thibauld and Jennifer practice sustainable viticulture, emphasizing respect for the land and minimal intervention in the cellar. Their winemaking philosophy centers on expressing the true character of their terroir through careful vineyard management and precise blending.

Domaine Denizot’s wines are celebrated for their elegance, balance, and depth, offering a true reflection of Sancerre’s diverse terroirs. With each vintage, they continue to uphold a legacy of quality and craftsmanship that has defined their family estate for over a century.
