Tasting Notes

Medium to full bodied, with crisp acidity and pleasant yet grippy tannins. There are complex flavors and aromas of blackberry, blueberry, red cherry, violet, asphalt and clove. There are also more subtle flavors of fresh wild herbs, earth and mushroom, with a smoky minerality that resonates in the long finish.
